Arrows Group, like most companies, are coming into 2021 under fairly unique set of conditions and with a fresh outlook on how much can happen over the course of a year. Through key business practice changes which we put in place following the first major lockdown in 2020, we are grateful to be able to continue expanding our teams and our horizons through the hiring of experienced recruiters across each of our business lines. In order to do this we are looking for an exceptional Internal Talent Partner to take the lead on driving our internal recruitment, onboarding and talent engagement strategy across the whole of Arrows Group Global, including our global offices in Amsterdam and Munich. We have a force of ambitious, robust and adaptable individuals of whom we are incredibly proud and are keen to bring a like-minded Talent Acquisition Specialist on board to drive our ongoing growth as a leading pan-European Tech recruiter.

This role offers a salary of up to £45,000 pro rata plus hiring bonus. As a business we now operate under flexible remote working practices however we are looking for someone who is able to come into the office where appropriate.

What it will look like for you;

Talent

  • Lead and execute the talent strategy aligned with the business objectives for the UK and Europe
  • Work with the senior leadership team to map talent and succession plan
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including headhunting/sourcing, screening and managing negotiations
  • Developing a talent strategy to pipeline future talent
  • Monitor and review the progress of all opportunities and develop strategies to reduce the time to hire
  • Developing social media campaigns to promote the agency and the employer value proposition
  • Managing stakeholders to ensure a positive applicant experience
  • Make commercial recommendations to become an ‘employer of choice’
  • Working to key performance indicators and targets 
  • Onboarding support to support employee engagement

What we are looking for;

  • Minimum of 3 years of established recruitment experience – preferably with experience of hiring recruiters or sales people (experience of hiring tech recruiters would be outstanding!)
  • Solid experience of building a strong talent pipeline through proactive resourcing and a range of headhunting techniques.
  • Proficient in using varied talent acquisition tools and methods including social media, advertising, networking, and headhunting
  • Track record of working to key performance indicators and achieving agreed targets
  • Skilled negotiator
  • Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to advise senior members of the leadership team on market conditions, candidate behaviours and process improvements on a consistent basis
  • Self-motivation and the drive to develop your own skillset alongside ever-changing market conditions
