OTE Range: £48,000 - £111,000

Salary and Remuneration

OTE: £48,000 - £111,000 

Base Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 

Commission – up to 30% commission with quarterly bonuses for consistent performance

EMI Options scheme – eligibility for top performers to earn share options in the group every year

The Role

Reporting into the Divisional Director, you will be coming in as an experienced member of the team so, as well as driving your own business and portfolio forward through a blend of business development and account nurturing, you will provide industry insight to your network and act to influence junior members of the team to do the same.

At Arrows we place huge emphasis on personal and professional growth so your progression will be closely monitored and accessible through L&D support and clear, tested targets which will be available to you from day one. We generally see progression happening within the first 6-9 months of joining Arrows and as a member of the Software Engineering you be set on a visible pathway towards your next promotion from day one.
