I am responsible for overseeing and motivating the multi-talented and incredibly hard working Finance & Operations team for the Group (which to be honest leaves me with plenty of spare time as the team is crammed full of high achievers who look after themselves!). I am also responsible for setting the Group’s financial strategy and inputting into the broader Group strategy as a member of the Board.

My aim is to help maintain and develop the Group as a sustainable high growth business that , clients, candidates and staff alike are proud to be associated with. The key for me is to get in the best talent and then allow each person the autonomy to develop their own career with all the support they need.

I spend most of my free time with my wife and 2 children usually doing some active outdoorsy stuff that makes me realise just how old I am as I cant keep up with the kids!
